Pillar 1: Our Christian Identity

We believe the objective of every discipline, from theology to math to science to history, is to enable and equip every student to participate in God’s mission for the world. Christian education is not meant to stay in the classroom. Rather, it is meant to shine, bringing hope to a weary world and causing communities to prosper — because where Christians dwell, things should change.

Pillar 2: Our Instructors as Guides

If we believe that children are capable of inquiry and are active constructors of knowledge, then we create opportunities for exploration that grow from and speak into children’s passions and pursuits and their developmental unfolding. And we provide educators with support for reflective, responsive planning. Educators, in turn, engage children with curiosity and attention, with the dispositions of researchers, seeing children as the source of curriculum.

Pillar 3: Our School Culture

Integrated Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) ensures that each child receives a holistic education that reflects God’s love, allowing them to thrive in a competitive academic setting.

Pillar 4: Our Portrait of a Graduate

During their time at TSCA, students are being prepared for occupations that do not yet exist. They engage in problem-based learning, solving problems with critical thinking, and are prepared to enter the next level of their education with malleable minds and ambitious spirits. They exhibit a commitment to excellence and have developed a solid Christian worldview with an ability to effectively, intelligently, respectfully discuss their faith, with a motivation not to win arguments but to win hearts for Christ.
