Admissions Checklist and Forms
Complete our online application with $75 application fee per student and submit the required documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Recent Report Card & Test Scores
- English and Math Letters of Recommendation (6-11th grade)
After submission of the online application and required documents, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule an entrance assessment.
After the entrance assessment has been completed, an interview will be scheduled by the Admissions Office with your family and the Principal.
Upon acceptance, our online enrollment packet will be emailed to you. At this time, you will be prompted to set up a tuition payment agreement online with FACTS Tuition Management company as part of online enrollment. The $400 enrollment fee per student must also be paid online before your enrollment packet is submitted.
